  Overview:
  The County of Sacramento (County) is soliciting proposals from qualified entities with demonstrated experience in the clean-up, removal, and disposal of refuse from homeless encampment within the unincorporated areas of Sacramento County. Additionally, this RFP seeks to identify a Proposer who can demonstrate a professional relationship with the County to improve health and safety for all Sacramento County residents. Proposers shall be licensed ​​by the State of California to handle and transport regulated materials (sharps, bio-waste, other hazardous debris) including removal from waterways and drainage.
